Tabatha worked hard for us. We have an unwavering confidence in her abilities. She proved that we were right in this confidence. I did forget to mention that due to us going back to California, she followed through on household checks as the builder kept breaking promises and leaving things poorly done and leaving things not even done when it was promised that they would all be done and done 100% well, brand new! So even while we were in California she came to these household evaluation's. She also worked with our sons who live out here who participated in some of these household evaluation's. Tabitha, went above and beyond for us and made our experience very pleasant. We started our search at the beginning of the year when the housing market was crazy. At times it was frustrating, because we made offers on properties above asking price, but we were still out bid. Through that time, she gave us wise counsel, communicated clearly, and kept us well informed. And when we finally found the property we purchased, she helped us through the process, answering questions or concerns that arouse.

Tabitha is amazing! This is the third home she's helped me with personally, and she's also helped with both of my brothers' homes and will be helping with my grandmother's home as well! There is no one better!

Tabitha was amazing with helping us purchase our home in Dripping Springs. This was a highly sought out property with multiple offers. She assisted us every step of the way and decreased our anxiety about the purchase. After inspection, she lined up professionals to give bids on windows, plumbing, electrical and contract work that would be needed etc. so we could get back to the seller with an adjustment towards closing costs. She was truly amazing and still helps us even after the closing. We are building a barn and garage- she assisted us with finding a contractor that is trustworthy and assisted us with moving some of the portable buildings on the property. She’s never really left our side even though the transaction ended months ago. We appreciate her professionalism and her willingness to continue and support us. She is amazing!

Tabitha is truly amazing. We have crazy work schedules- she worked around our crazy lives. We needed to touch up some walls and baseboards before taking pictures for the listing and Tabitha came over ready to help paint. I mean above and beyond our expectations. We would 100000000% use her again for all real estate transactions. She came highly recommended by our friend and I stand by that recommendation. I have really high expectations- she met and exceeded all of them. I usually think 10 steps ahead- Tabitha was already 20 steps ahead of me.
