I met tabitha through our husbands, and we reached out to her back in march about looking at houses. We started looking as soon as possible and by the next weekend, we had already started going and looking at houses, like 13 of them to be exact, and by the end of searching, ended up being 25+ houses. She was very helpful and patient with all of our wants and needs and dislikes, which were a lot. About 3-4 weeks after searching, we found a house we loved and put an offer down on it, but as most Realtors do, they keeps sending houses that pop up, just in case. 

Well, we managed to pick out 3 of the houses she send and fell even more in love with a different home. She made sure we were happy with wanting to put an offer down and continued with both offers and we waiting to see who snagged our offer up first. Of course, our luck, both of them took the offer and both begged for us to accept. But there was something about one house we loved even more. Tabitha stuck with us and helped us through the process of what to do, and we finally took one offer over the other. The lender that she recommended was fantastic and the everything went smoothly.

As of Friday, we are officially home owners for the first time and so happy Tabitha was our realtor and helped us with everything. I would recommend her any day to whoever needs help moving.
